All the fees are zero-rated for VAT.

Fees on the basis of :
  full-day (9-hour presence)
  half-day (4,5-hour presence)
  2-hour presence
  beyond these ones, allow extra hour(s)

Subsidiary charges :
  guide’s lunch (18 €) if not had with the clients or the group
  travelling expenses (effective mileage ; outward/return journey from Caen, so that the guide drives to the meeting place)
  toll motorways / bridges for the guide’s outward/return journey
  30 € if the fees are paid by cheque that can not be cleared in France, covering bank charges for cashing
