General conditions

Unless otherwise mentionned, the rates you will be given further to your request include the guiding service only, depending on the formula chosen (2 days, 1 day, half-day...) by a licensed guide-interpreter (languages : English, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch).

The rates do not include :
  meals
  parking fees
  tolls (motorway or bridge)
  fees in the monuments or sites

In addition to the service rate, the following subsidiaries may be added :
  guide’s lunch (18 €), if not had with the clients or the group
  travelling expenses (effective mileage, outward / return journey) from Caen so that the guide drives to the meeting place.
  toll motorways / bridges for the guide’s outward/return journey
  30 € if the fees are paid by cheque that can not be cleared in France, covering bank charges for cashing

Cancellation fees :
  less than 15 days before the forseen date of the service : 30% of the total of the service(s) (except for lunches and travelling expenses)
  less than 48 hours before the forseen date of the service : 100% of the total of the service(s) (except for lunches and travelling expenses)
